Primary responsibilities for the position include:
  • Maintain Pipeline database of prospects including keeping the status of the prospect up to date
  • Maintain client testimonial database including following up with current clients and ensuring outward facing information is up to date
  • Speak with current clients regarding their satisfaction with level of service
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and/or email
  • Record deal information
  • Maintain contact information
  • File inbox correspondence with deals
  • Edit Marketing materials
  • Prepare draft Engagement Letters and
  • File signed agreements in client file
  • Communicate progress, resolve questions
  • Posting and tracking of Social Media – Twitter, Facebook and a few others
  • Take directions from Marketing advisors as it relates to the marketing of the SoGo space
  • Help with pre-sales customer relationship management system up to date with individuals/companies that contact KBS & SoGo interested in learning more about the business
The background and experience of candidates interested in applying for the position should include:
  • A strong interest and enjoyment in performing work described in the responsibilities section
  • Ability and desire to learn new technology skills quickly and comfortably
  • Demonstrated written communication abilities or experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office 2007 or later (Word, Excel, Outlook at a minimum, more applications preferred
  • Home office environment including separate work area, PC (minimum system requirements must be met) with Windows 7 or Windows 8. Additional technology requirements will be communicated to candidates selected for this position and must be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience and interest working in a paperless environment
  • Enjoys both working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Team player with a positive – ‘can do’ approach
  • A sense of humor and ability to go with the flow
  Positions are designed to be started as part time, with the ability to expand the position to full time within 12 – 24 months. Some individuals remain at part time and others shift to full time.
